We are inviting you to come to the International Folk Festival

in Budapest from Hungary..

22 February to 24 February 2013

 

22 February – After the arrival at the capital of Hungary there is a possibilty of the optional tour: Citadel, the bridges over the Danube, Heroes' Square, City Park, Andrassy Boulevard, the Parliament, St. Stephen's Basilica. Some free time in Vaci Street. Accommodation in the hotel.

The possibility of organizing optional excursion - "The Danube Princess": The Danube cruise by a tour boat along the coast, with the most beautiful buildings and the famous bridges of Budapest will complete your impression of the Hungarian capital ... Dinner. Overnight stay.

 

23 February - After breakfast the option of going to the Budim part of the city and a tour of: the Chain Bridge, Fisherman's Bastion, the Church of King Matthias, the Ruler’s Palace, viewpoint places...

Preparations for the performance. Sound check.

The performance of the cultural-artistic societies. Awarding of diplomas. Dinner. The option of going to one of the Hungarian chardas(inns) or discos. Overnight stay.

 

24 February - Breakfast. After breakfast the possibility of half-day optional excursion - "Three Danube Pearls": Szentendre, a very important place for the preservation of culture and spirituality on the territory of Hungary; Visegrad, a medieval castle and residence of Hungarian rulers; Esztergom, the religious center of the state, which boasts the largest church in Hungary. Return to Budapest.

 

The journey continues towards the place of departure with the hope to see next year

26 April - Arrival of the group in Paris in the morning... Panoramic tour of the city, the first walk and exploring the city...Check into the hotel. ... Accommodation of the group. After a short rest and break, going by underground to Quartier Latin and introduction to the bohemian district of the city... A walk in the Ile de la Cite to the Palais de Justice and Notre - Dame … Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.


27 April - Breakfast. After breakfast optional visit to the magnificent palace of Versailles from the sixteenth century, which was the residence of King Louis XIV, who was also called – the King of Sun. Visiting the most famous castle in the world, a perfect example of French baroque, which was built for the enjoyment of the kings of France... Walk through the beautiful elegant parks... Return to Paris.

Preparations for the performance. Sound check. A cocktail for the Presidents and ensemble representatives!

The performance of the cultural-artistic societies. Awarding of diplomas. Overnight stay.


28 April – Breakfast. After breakfast continued tour of Paris: Montparnasse Tower (optional entry), Les Invalides, Champ - de - Mars, Alexander III Bridge, the Louvre, Place de la Concorde, Champs-Elysées, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadero Square, Moulen Rouge, Montmartre, basilica Sacre - Couer, Place du Tertre, Opera Garnier… In the evening the optional one-hour Seine River cruise by panoramic boat is provided and followed by an optional visit to Eiffel Tower, with a panoramic view of Paris at night…... Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.


29 April – Breakfast. Leaving the hotel. Last day in Paris you can use for an optional visit to the famous EURO DYSNEYLAND PARK. A large number of attractions for all ages … Visit the unique entertainment park in Europe with unlimited enjoyment in all the attractions and attending show programs, as well as a special parade… Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy in a fantastic and memorable fun. Or, spend this day exploring the many cultural sites, as well as shopping in Paris, where you can take advantage of free time to experience the magic of Parisian streets full of exclusive department stores… Leaving beautiful Paris till next year !!!!!!!!!

XI International festival of folklore in Prague


Participants are ensembles from Rusia, Indonesia, India, Poland, Ukraine, Greece, Turkey, Serbia, Bosnia,Romania, Slovenia, Montenegro, Italy, Sweden, Moldavia, Armenia, Lithuania, Macedonia, Croatia, Czech, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Hungary…

04.07. – Arival of ensemble at hotel, room accommodation, and facultative tour of Prague with attendance of professional local guides: walk through main avenue Vaclav…, National museum, then Staromestke namesti (main town square) and view on famous astronomical watch-Orloj. Departure to a famous Prague ghetto-Jew square and visit to Staronov Synagogue. Then departure to Vltava and tour of Carl’s bridge, the Old tower and monument to Carl the IV, National divaldo (theater) and then return to hotel. Diner. Facultative departure to some of the discotheques for social activities and entertainment. Return to hotel. Overnight stay.

05.07. – After breakfast facultative whole day tour to Carl’s Vari, the most famous health resort in Czech and one of the most famous in Europe which was visited by many European rulers, brilliant painters, poets, and other famous people or hall day excursion to beautiful city of Dresden !!! International Folklore Festival "Trakia Dance" 2013 Pazardzhik.

Location: 4400 Pazardzhik, Bulgaria

Pazardzhik is a town, situated in westernmost part of the Upper Thracian Valley at an altitude of 205 meters. Initially. The city is located along the banks of the Maritsa River. The territory of the town of Pazardzhik is flat. Pazardzhik field is surrounded to the north by Sredna Gora Mountains and to the south - by the Rhodope Mountains.

Festival Programme:

June 6 - arrival in Pazardzhik. Hotel accommodation. Informational meeting with leaders of the groups. Sightseeing, walking around city center and going to the place of performances - the Town square. Parade of the performing groups in national costumes to the main square of the city. Performances. (In the event of bad weather, the performances will be held indoors). Opening ceremony of the International Folklore Festival "Trakia Dance" 2013. Dinner. Welcome party.

June 7 - Breakfast. After breakfast tour to Koprivshtitsa / One of the characteristic Bulgarian towns, still preserving the atmosphere of the Bulgarian National Revival period of the 19th century./ Parade – late in the afternoon and performances of all goups on the town square. Dinner.

June 8 - Breakfast. After breakfast, tour to Plovdiv / the second largest Bulgarian city , the "Cultural” capital of Europe /. Parade – late in the afternoon and performances of all groups on the stage in the park „Stadiona”. Festival Closing Ceremony. Dinner. Disco (optional)

09 June - Breakfast. Departure of the groups .

Registration fee:
The registration fee is 75 Euro per person / half board.
(Payment is on several monthly installments until the time of arrival)

The participation fee includes:
- 3 days (half board - breakfast and dinner) in 2* hotel (in 1/3 and 1/2 rooms) in the town of Pazardzhik
- Performances in the Festival Trakia Dance 2013 (1-3 performances), parade of all participants in the town square, representation of the groups
- Certificates for the participation
- Invitation letter
- For each 25 participants one is free.

The participation fee does not include:
- Extra day costs 15 Euro per person in a hotel in Pazardzhik (breakfast and dinner)
- Optional Tours (Koprivshtitsa and Plovdiv), entry fee for the discos. Prices are variable according to the number of the persons and the relevant prices during this time of the year.
- Insurance.

The groups should pay 10% in advance as a security deposit that will be deducted from the final payment.
10% of the total amount should be paid in until 03/30/2013 for hotel booking.

The official confirmation of participation will be sent after security deposit receipt.

The official invitation letters will be sent after the official confirmation of the participation.

Note: All participating groups should provide their own music, band or music CD.

Each group is required to perform on stage 3 times of 15-20 minutes.

We invite you on IV International Festival of Folklore in Spain


" Festival Internacional De Folclore Lloret De Mar 2013 ”

24.06 – 29.06.2013.


24th June -In morning hours arrival to the most famous tourist centre in Costa Brava-Lioret de Mar, which is 65 kilometres from Barcelona. Hotel accommodation. Lunch. Info-meeting group representer. Afternoon relaxing. Sightseeing of town, walks, and going to a performing place, town square..dinner. Facultative going out to a discoteque. Dinner. Overnight stay.


25th June – Breakfast. After breakfast possible going to tour Barcelona. Lunch (lunch packet) for those who go to Barcelona. After arriving to Barcelona follows sightseeing of Gaudi’s Barcelona, church commited to Sagrada Familia), Guel Park and well-known house of Batila and Milo. After tour of Gaudi’s works follows a walk along the main street of Barcelona, Ramblom, andthan Gothic square and tour of Barcelon cathedral, Parliament, Picaso’s museum…After that free time for walks, sightseeing of Barcelona. Leaving to Lloret de Mar. Dinner. Facultative going out to some of the discoteques or going out to a flamenco club “La Siesta”. Overnight stay.


26th June - Breakfast. After breakfast possible visit of Aqua park or leaving to the beach…swimming, water sports…Lunch. Afternoon is planned for preparations for defile and performing. Dinner.

Defile through the city of all societies and leaving to main town square where the performance is predicted. (in case of bad weather performance is going to be in a confined space).

Opening”IV Festival Espana 2013” and performance of cultural-art societies!!!

After the performance possible facultative leaving of whole societies to Diskoteque Holywood or Flamenco club. Overnight stay.


27th June - Breakfast. After breakfast, facultative possible going to Barcelona and second tour of town: visit to the museum and the most famous and the most beatufil stadion with possibility of buying souvenirs with inicials of FC Barcelona…After tour of Nou camp, leaving toa Monjuik hill and visiting of Olymphic comlex (royal stadion, Calatravin tower, National library)…possible tour to famous aquarium of Barcelona… Free time for sightseeing…Return to Lioret de Mar. Lunch. (Lunch packet for those who go to Barcelona). Dinner.

Perfomance preparation. Perform of cultural-art societies!!!

Facultative going out to discoteque holywood or flamenco show. Overnight stay.


28th June – Breakfast. Leisur activities or possible facultative tour to Barcelona or Port Aventura part-theme park with extrodinary attractions, so called Spanish “ Disneyland”! The arrangment price doesn't include:

- we can arange overnight staying in way to Lloret de Mar ( in hotels near Venice, Vicenza... – depend of hotel from 25 – 28 e for night with breacfast ) and in way back from Lloret de Mar in same hotel“s or in Milano – also depend of hotel“s from 25 e – 28 e per for night with breacfast )

- Additional day cost 28 € a person in hotel Lioret de Mar (breakfast, lunch, dinner)

About the festival

The World Folklore Fest „Fathers' Village” will be held from August 01 to 06, 2013, and from August 29 August to 03 September 03, in Chelmno and Torun, Poland.
The guest group should arrive before lunch on August 1, 2013 and depart on August 6, 2013 after breakfast, or before lunch on August 29, 2013 and depart on September 3, 2013, after breakfast. It is possible to stay longer. We can organize accomodation and touristic programme in Chelmno or in other part of Poland, Belarus or Lithuania.
You can plan the festival events on your own instead of following our schedule!
Every group will receive invitation for their participation after accepting the conditions. You must answer till 31. 03. 2013.
The Organizing Committee will take care of emergency cases during the festival, but the group is responsible for their own health insurance.
The Festival Committee shall provide groups with English (or French/Italian/Russian) speaking guides during their stay in Poland.
Some of the festival events will be covered by press, radio and TV programs.

Costs

The guest group must provide for its own travel expenses to the Festival and back.
The Festival Commitee covers the costs of tickets to some historical places in Chelmno, Swiecie and Torun.
The Organizing Committee provides full board and lodging in the apartments in Torun (2 and 3-bed rooms), in hostel in Grudziadz, or in the camping in „Bory Tucholskie”. Everybody will get packed meal for journey back to home.
The Festival Commitee shall select groups which will cover part of the costs of stay. It is from 115 euro per one person per festival, and depends on accommodation and selected events.
Groups coming by their own bus receive from organizer 250 liters of fuel to travel to concerts. Fuel for the selected trips is not refunded.
On 20 participants 1 participant is free of charge.

Your group

The group must be composed of max. 46 people.
There is no age limit.
Beside the dancers, the other persons can also travel with the same price.
The group must bring souvenirs for exchange with the Organizing Committee, the Mayor and the other guest groups.
During the Festival the group may sell souvenirs, CD-s, etc.
The group must bring one national flag.
The group must bring live music or a CD-s.

Performances

The Festival is not a competition.
During its stay a group will perform 3 – 4 concerts. The group must prepare programs with duration from 15 to 30 min. and two promenades.
Performances will be placed in open-air stage.
